TRAINING SESSIONS
All sessions are coached by a Level 2 England Boxing coach with up to date first aid training, safeguarding certification, and DBS check.
Sessions are structured, inclusive, and run with clear standards of behaviour.
New to boxing? Start with a Boxing Fundamentals session which forms the foundation for all other boxing training. Join a Boxing Skills and a Boxing Fitness session once you’re comfortable with the basics.
You don’t need to keep up with anyone else — the focus is on learning and improving over time.
Please bring hand wraps, comfortable training clothes, indoor trainers, gym towel, and a water bottle to your training session.
Spare gloves are available but please consider investing in your own boxing equipment.

BOXING FUNDAMENTALS
New to Boxing? Start with a Boxing Fundamentals session focused on the core building blocks of boxing technique.

BOXING SKILLS
Boxing Skills sessions are the most technically demanding sessions focused on more complex and challenging drills.

BOXING FITNESs
Boxing Fitness sessions are intensity and conditioning focused, while still grounded in correct boxing movement.

YOUTH BOXING
Youth Boxing sessions are age appropriate, structured, and focused on developing fundamentals, fitness, and skills.
