We offer structured boxing sessions for adults and youths delivered at the YMCA Wimbledon, SW19

ABOUT US
We offer boxing sessions for adults and youths aged 11+ to 17 years old. Our sessions include boxing fundamentals, boxing fitness, and boxing skills.
Sessions are structured, inclusive and run with clear standards of behaviour. Group sizes are kept small to support quality coaching and safe progression.
Training sessions are delivered in the Studio at the all new YMCA Wimbledon, SW19.
Our APPROACH
The coaching approach is fundamentals‑first.
Boxing is taught as a skill, not just a workout. Sessions are structured to help people understand boxing, build confidence, and develop skills over time.
Progress is built through regular attendance and attention to detail.

GETting STARTED

We also offer Youth Boxing and Women's Boxing.
2. BOOK a SESSION
Book your boxing session using a pass.
Passes are designed to support routine attendance while allowing flexibility if you miss an occasional session.
3. Arrive prepared
Sessions are delivered in the all new YMCA Wimbledon.
Changing rooms, showers and lockers are available.
Please bring hand wraps, comfortable training clothes, indoor trainers, gym towel, and a water bottle to your training session.
4. TRAIN & Progress
Train to learn and develop through fundamentals, fitness, and skills.
Progress comes from consistent attendance and attention to detail.
TRAINING SESSIONS
BOXING FUNDAMENTALS
Boxing Fundamentals sessions focus on the core building blocks of boxing technique.
BOXING FITNESs
Boxing Fitness sessions are intensity and conditioning focused, while still grounded in correct boxing movement.
BOXING SKILLS
Boxing Skills sessions are the most technically demanding sessions focused on more complex and challenging drills.
YOUTH BOXING
Youth Boxing sessions are age‑appropriate, structured, and focused on developing fundamentals, fitness, and skills.
WOMEN'S BOXING
Women’s Boxing sessions combine the coaching principles of fundamentals, fitness, and skills.
PERSONAL TRAINING
Personal Training sessions to help you get started, return to training, or support progression.
BOOKING
Our passes and session bookings are powered by Gymcatch. Register and log in via our booking page.

Training sessions are delivered in the Studio at the all new YMCA Wimbledon, 196-198 The Broadway, Wimbledon, SW19 1RY.
YMCA Wimbledon is centrally located and easily accessible on foot, by public transport, by bike, or by car. Car parking and street parking are available nearby subject to local restrictions.
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for your session to allow time for check‑in.
